1. What We Collect

When you use Personal Insight, we collect:

• Telegram User ID — a unique identifier associated with your Telegram account
• Birth Data — the date, time, and location of birth that you voluntarily provide
• Chat History — messages you exchange with the bot, used to provide conversational context
• Subscription Status — whether you are a Free or Pro user

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Generate your personality portrait
• Maintain context across conversations (Pro subscribers)
• Manage subscription access
• Improve the quality of your reading

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond delivering your personal reading.

3. Data Storage & Retention

Your data is stored encrypted on secure servers. We retain your data for as long as you maintain an active account. You may request complete deletion at any time by typing /delete in the bot or by contacting us. Upon deletion, all associated data is permanently erased within 30 days.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. The only third-party services involved are:

• Telegram — the messaging platform through which you interact with the bot
• Payment Processor — for processing subscription payments (Telegram Stars / in-app payment system)

Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.

5. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or California, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of all data we hold about you
• Rectification — correct inaccurate data
• Deletion — request permanent deletion of your data
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Withdraw Consent — stop processing at any time

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to your data is restricted to the minimum necessary to operate the service.

7. Children

Personal Insight is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the bot. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
