Terms of Service

DeepInsight (personal-insight.fyi) — Effective June 2025.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DeepInsight via the website (personal-insight.fyi) or the Telegram bot (@Personal_Insight_bot), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

DeepInsight provides an AI-powered Chinese zodiac and Five Elements personality analysis. Users input their birth date, time, gender, and location to receive a personalized reading. The service is delivered through a Telegram bot.

• Free Tier: Basic element personality profile, Four Pillars (BaZi) chart, and element distribution analysis.
• Pro Tier ($4.99/month): All free features plus AI coach with persistent memory, relationship chemistry insights, career guidance, and daily personalized insights.

Payments are processed by Creem. We do not store your payment card details.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. By using DeepInsight, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. User Data & Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse the DeepInsight service. Specifically, you must not:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any DeepInsight system or network
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, scripts) to access or interact with the service in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce in the same period
• Upload, transmit, or submit any content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks connected to the service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the service
• Use the service to generate content that promotes hate speech, violence, discrimination, or illegal activities
• Attempt to circumvent any subscription or payment mechanisms
• Use the AI coach to generate harmful, deceptive, or exploitative content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service for any user who violates this Acceptable Use Policy, without prior notice and without refund for any remaining subscription period.

6. Intellectual Property

The DeepInsight name, logo, website design, and all original content are the property of DeepInsight. The personality analysis methodology and report formats are proprietary. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

7. Subscription & Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $4.99/month via Creem. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the Telegram bot. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support for refund requests.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. DeepInsight is an entertainment and self-reflection tool. The personality insights provided are based on traditional Chinese metaphysical frameworks and AI interpretation — they are not psychological, medical, financial, or legal advice. Do not base critical life decisions solely on this service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeepInsight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via the Telegram bot or website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
