The founder
Personal Insight is built by a former partner at a consulting firm. Before building this tool, she spent years inside organizations, helping people understand what they were actually good at — and watching how rarely that matched what they believed about themselves.
Why she is qualified
- She studies this seriously. Chinese metaphysics is not a side curiosity for her; it is a discipline she has studied over many years, grounded in the classical texts rather than popularized shortcuts.
- She does it for real people. Long before any tool existed, she was already doing readings for the people around her — friends, colleagues, strangers who asked — helping them see their strengths in a way that stuck.
